Ski-in mountain Chalet
The modern, romantic Alpine style 5.5 room family house is situated in Laax Cons, with Laax Bergbahnen, Laax dorf and the Laaxersee within walking distance.
The chalet sleeps 6-8 guests in 3 double bedrooms and is situated to the south east, in a quiet and sunny location, consistently offering breathtaking views of the mountains of Grisons. In a few minutes by (free) shuttle bus, you reach the valley station of the ski destination Flims Laax Falera, from where all the ski lifts and ski schools depart.
The luxurious chalet is tastefully furnished. The large living area on the ground floor with an open, fully equipped kitchen and wood fireplace, offers plenty of space for a cosy get-together with family and friends. Thanks to the generous window fronts in the living room and the balcony and garden surrounding the chalet, you have a wonderful view of nature and the imposing Flimser Stein. Downstairs are 3 light and spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry room, sauna and kids play area.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in this house. WLAN and digital TV are free of charge and a washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. Also, there's (free) parking space for up to 3 cars.
All beds will be freshly covered before your arrival and towels and kitchen linens are provided.
Flims Laax Falera
The municipality of Laax stretches from the village itself, to Plaun and the Vorab, in the skiing area. It consists of the village of Laax and the hamlets of Salums, Cons, Laax Murschetg, and Laax Dorf. The ski-lifts are in Laax Murschetg, only 5 minutes by (free) shuttle bus. Here you’ll also find the Rocks Resort, a sporty hangout for the whole family, hosting a pumptrack, several mountainbike and ski shops, a supermarket, restaurants and cafes.
The village has views of the Signina Group mountains to the south and the Flimserstein to the north. The main facilities in the village include the Laaxersee with a wide spread sunlawn, soccer and basketball field, ice skating rink and children’s ski and sledding slope in winter, a restaurant with a terrace overlooking the lake, kiosk, several public BBQ areas, jeu de boules court, petting zoo, baby and toddler pool, kayak rental and a playground.
Also, in 2020 the newly renovated Aua Grava spa & wellness with public swimming pool opened its doors. There’s also a small supermarket, a post office, ski and bike rental, a bakery and a butcher, all within walking distance of the chalet.

Bedroom 1, the master bedroom, has a comfortable double bed (180x200) and a spacious walk-in-closet. Bedroom 2 also has a double bed (180 x 200) and a built-in closet. Bedroom 3 has a double bed (180 x 200) and a bunk bed (90 x 200), making it ideal for kids or extra guests.
The luxurious family bathroom has a shower, double sink, separate corner bathtub and a toilet and the second modern style bathroom has a shower and a toilet.
Connected to the family bathroom there’s also a laundry room, with a washing machine, tumble dryer and sauna cabin. In the hallway there’s also a small kids play area, where you’ll find a chest full of toys, games and childen’s books for your little ones.
Upstairs you’ll also find a cabinet full of classic board games and some books for you to enjoy.

The rental price of the chalet is 2.500 EUR per week, including free use of 2 (outdoor) parking spaces, wifi, sauna, bed sheets, towels and kitchen linens. Cleaning costs are 250 EUR and will be charged additionally. The week begins on Saturday 15.00 pm and ends on Saturday 11.00 pm.
